Who is Cat?

Well, that's a very good question isn't it?

I am a total math nerd and high school math teacher.

I love anything crafty, reading, word and number puzzles, and hanging out with hubby and friends.  I love to eat ... I like to try new recipes at home, and trying new restaurants when we go out.

I am the mother of a twenty-something year-old son who, in his infinite wisdom, has made me a grandmother.

I enjoy watching sports (on TV or in person).  When I watch a movie, or TV, I enjoy comedies ... love to laugh.

It was always difficult for me to write anything.  When I was in school, I would have total meltdowns when asked to write a paper or essay.  In college, I tried my best to avoid the classes that required a great bit of writing.  But blogging is so different.  I'm learning to love writing now that I get to do it for me!
